Good questions

A few things
you might be wondering.

Have something specific in mind?
Bring it to your demo.

Is Otto built for my market?

Otto is built for Alberta real estate workflows, with supported Alberta forms and Pillar 9 listing submission. We can walk through your particular forms and property type in the demo.

Do I need a CRM to use Otto?

No. You can work on documents and deals without connecting a CRM. CRM automation and newsletter audiences require a supported Lofty or Follow Up Boss connection. Available actions vary by provider.

What happens automatically, and what do I approve?

You review documents before sending for signing and listing details before submission. Changes proposed in CRM chat need confirmation. Once enabled, your CRM milestone rules can run automatically. Client emails and each scheduled newsletter issue require your review and approval before sending.

Can Otto write my monthly newsletter?

Yes. Ask Otto to help with the design and writing, then tailor an edition to a client group using tags in your connected CRM. Add listings and market figures from sources you provide and verify. Review the content, test the email, confirm the eligible audience, and approve it. A recurring schedule prepares future issues for your approval.

Can my team use Otto?

Yes. Team setup includes membership, invitations, and billing administration, with a minimum of 3 users. Book a demo so we can show how Otto fits your team’s workflows and access requirements.

How does the free offer work?

Eligible new accounts can try a first document deal without adding a payment method. It is not an unlimited trial of every feature. Pillar 9 submission requires an active subscription or an eligible team plan. See Pricing for the available options.

How is client information handled?

Otto processes the documents and details you provide to deliver its features, using service providers for functions such as AI processing, signing, and email. Stored MLS credentials are encrypted. Read our Privacy Policy for the data-handling details. Read the Privacy Policy.
